The Pit Private Dining Information

Room Fees:

The Pit has no rental fees for use of our private dining rooms, but instead institutes food & beverage minimums. These minimums (listed below) are neither a pricing structure nor do they affect the menu cost, but are simply an amount you agree to spend in food & drink for exclusive use of the private rooms. Tax and gratuity do not apply toward the minimum.

The Back Room

Room & Layout: 26 guests seated at one long table

The Front Room

Room & Layout: 50 guests seated, tables for 6-8 & booths
Ask about a partial space for 38 guests

The Side Room

Room Size & Layout: 67 guests seated, a variety of layouts are possible, typically tables of 6-8

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable for cancellations 15 days or more from event date. All cancelations must be submitted in writing to events coordinator or restaurant manager. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit entire deposit unless room is re-booked.

Payment Policy:

Final payments are due at the completion of the event in cash or credit card. To ensure quality service for you and your guests, final payments must be paid with no more than 2 valid credit cards. Personal or corporate checks are not accepted for final payment.
