Bourbon & Bacon Bonanza

Join us on Monday, August 28 at 7 p.m. for a tale as old as swine – barbecue and bourbon are together again! We’re celebrating this time-honored tradition with a 4-course bacon-inspired menu and hand-selected bourbon pairings, from the smooth to the smoky. When it comes to down-home Southern celebrations, you can’t beat this classic combo!


First Course
Bacon-fried deviled eggs


Second Course
Spring mix topped with candied bacon, radish, goat cheese and carrots, tossed in a Champagne vinaigrette


Third Course
Bacon-wrapped filet mignon served with sautÉed asparagus and a bourbon demi-glace


Fourth Course
Decadent fried bacon ice cream
